Sphenisciformes 

   SPHENISCIDAE

    Penguin. Birds exclusive of the southern hemisphere. There are 8 species in our country. Pelagic. Nadan and dive very well. Do not fly. The Beak is robust. The short legs. The wings and fins. Upright posture.
Nest on the ground, in large colonies. Place one or two egg whites. They feed on fish.

KING PENGUIN: (Aptenodytes patagonicus)
 

       
    Inhabits Malvinas and Georgias islands where nesting sector. Accidentally, it can be observed
   in the Patagonian coast even to the province of Buenos Aires.
